You are turning a blind eye to his family, while also asking him to spend time with his family. You ask him to spend what he can on his treatment, while his insurance cover may go away if he quits his job and return to fiji/india.
There is no easy answer here.
But if he had his GC, he could spend all the time with his family, use his insurance cover at the same time, and not worry about his family going out of status.
He COULD try to expedite the GC, while also exploring other options.

What drives the decision for a bill to be considered in Congress/Senate? WHY can't we pitch SKIL or TALENT Bills as a means to separate legal immigration from the ongoing CIR debate?
If politicians are introducing these bills, they should be willing to back them up separtely instead of saying that these come into picture only if CIR fails. Or is the introduction of other bills a sign of CIR's imminent failure? Since the top IV team has the visibility with politicians, this hypocrisy should be resolvable. Please tell us why these bills cannot be taken up while CIR is pending? Isn't that what the lobbying company is supposed to help us with?

Its amazing how this community reacts to these set backs. For last few months I have been consistently seeing people with EB-3 complaining and pleading to the community to come together and join hands to eliminate the country cap. But most of the words fell of dumb ears. Most of the EB-2 members did read the pleads and requests, but did not bother to take and concrete actions or even comment on it.
Now that the EB-2 is regrogressed to 2000, suddenly all the EB-2 members jump in. What happened, friends?
This is plain selfishness - on the part for few lil stratured people. They should be ashamed of themselves or even to comment on these forums and come up with ideas.
The point is not to divide the community, but to emphasize on unity! Though we belong to different EB categories, we need to work together and realize the pain of the community as a whole instead of taking it individually.
Well my hopes are pretty low from this community, infact hopeless. But I did take the pain to create the dummy username to point this bigotry of some of our useless members, who are among us.
Please don't care for our betterment - we have and would manage without the help of you BS people.

You effing ahole.. Are you following any news lately? See how many states are trying to take criminal action against those who made such loans falsifying the documents. The ones who "made" the loans collaboarted with the borrower to bring up stated income.
If you always "do the rght thing", for your way looking down on all others , you should go kill yourself. That is the right thing to do for the way you live without compassion, not being able to make an argument without calling names, death for you is the right thing. So, tell me how is that "right thing" coming along.
Do some introspection and tell me that you never done a wrong thing in your life. Then we can discuss further, if you are ready to have a civil discussion without calling names.

My Checks are encased on Saturday 09/15th. My Applications received nebraska on July 20th. Since My I-140 is from Texas, the case transferred to Texas.
Just Checks are cashed, not yet recieved any Receipt Notices yet.

o Yes, mine is a NSC->CSC->NSC transfer case.
o I spoke to an IO at NSC around the last week of October and she told me she is going to schedule it, but was a little apprehensive as I trashed some mail without going through it properly (so that was my fault). My main intention on getting an infopass appointment was to make sure that I did not miss any scheduled appointment, which was confirmed by the IO.
o My case was recd. at NSC on 9/21 (Not sure when CSC transferred it). My Notice date is 9/10 if that helps.
o Not sure what you mean by "What is FP data?", did you mean "date" instead of "data" ? If so, I don't know. All she told me was I was in the queue, which I am assuming is their internal queue.

i had call several times open service request 3times but no help finelly i took infopass and went to atlanta to see io he fineally shedule me for 28th may but i have not receive appointment letter yet .
