You are asking an employer to do you a favor by sponsoring you a labor certification without a bonafide intent on your part to join the company.
I am sure you would be willing to pay money to the employer for that.
Please just get off this immigration boards these are for broad issues not a forum to encourage dubious if not illegal activity.

Guru's Is it right that after filling 485, USCIS will process application according to PD(2003,2004,2005 like that) ?
or USCIS will process application with the date 485 application received?
or i am missing something over here.

Here in Europe the biggest problem is ATMs that has been modified. The most simple modification is a simple loop inserted into the slot that tries to fool its victims into believing the machine ate their card. In addition a helpful person will appear and tell the victim that there's a secret code to be keyed in (999 + personal pin code) to make the machine spit out the card again...
Then they upped the stakes a bit. Today's con-person installs a small card reader at the ATM's slot. In addition there's a small camera (here's the relevant bit) that take pictures as people enter their code. This has been used and such equipment has even been recovered in atleast one case.
As for someone looking over your shoulder in the store, and perhaps even snapping a picture of it... Well, lets just say you don't want to leave your card out of sight. Don't assume your card is worthless plastic in someone else's hands.
We card users are basically using yesterday's (actually: last decade's/century's) technology to access our money while the countless villains out there are armed with today's technology. We're sitting ducks.
The card companies are reluctant to tell us this, but eventually as they roll out new technology (smart cards with bio-signatures) it will become blatantly apparent to everyone. Here in Norway they're scheduled to do this over the next year I think.

The Gandhi's philosophy indicates the peaceful protest against obvious injustice. The USCIS/DOS decision to stop accepting I 485 from July 2 was the obvious injustice due to couple of reasons; First, it is un precedent and legally not right to stop accepting I 485 when they made big weekend rush to use all visa. Second, No one can suddenly on and off as thousands of people preparing stuff in advance based on the visa bulletin.
We can not use Gandhigiri for increasing visa number or expediting their immigration process. We can only request. it is not our right hence sending flower to PERM agency is not a good idea. Brahmastra (ultimate weapon) can be used at appropriate time only!

No TSC is not. TSC goes by priority date and not processing date. TSC I have seen follows different processing style. For e.g. if your namecheck/security check or some kind of check is pending they dont send you FP notice. Also they process applications if your PD is current/close to recent bulletin.

If you are on EB3 then you ARE retrogressed. The entire world (which includes Brazil) is retrogressed on EB3. Now, if you meant to write "EB2" then that's another story...

AINP Strategic recruiteement stream -U.S Visa holder is open.I directly spoke to the immigration officer.The only change is they are revising the NOC List thats it.I donno why people place messages with Half Knowledge.see u r Noc is in the below URL

Actually I had suggested a phone/fax campaign to Durbins office. The Anti-immigration/protectionist organizations such as Programmers Guild have targeted this senator for a reason.....but no one is getting our point of view across to him.
I don't think he's anti-immigrant, but the fact is no one from our community has reached out to him in an organized manner.

If you are making 200K+/yr, just bite your lip and stay put. There are very very few careers which give you such a good pay scale.
I don't think you can do a MS in CompSci with out a BS with same specialization as far as understanding subject matter goes, but you could possibly do an MS in Information systems or similar.
But it all depends on your GRE score. If you have a high GRE score with good percentile in quantitative section then you could get into a good program.
I came to canada in 2000.I have been in USA Since 2003.
I started the GC process in Ohio, moved to bay area in 2006,stated the process again, recaptured old PD( EB2 all the way). Was hoping to get GC in Aug 2008 when my PD was current for 2 months. Hope will get it this year.
After moving to bay area I saw lots of engineer,mostly software, seemed happy with jobs. Started doing some search and found that this is one of the least stressful jobs in US with great salary and growth potential. There is no more growth in my field and it is very stressful and draining.
Thanks for the views guys, would like to know if can do MS with a bachelors in non engineering field.

Are all these paper based filings or e-filings?
I e-filed EAD/AP renewals on May 25th, 2009. Applications are at TSC. My AP got approved on June 19th and I received the AP documents on June 20th. However, my EAD application is still pending since May 25th. I think most, if not all, EAD e-files receive a FP notice and they take a picture as well as FP when we go to the ASC. I haven't received FP notice either so far. From what I am seeing, EAD paper based filing is being processed much faster (2-3 weeks) than e-filings. Anyone who e-filed EAD could pls let us know how long it took for FP notice and EAD approval.

New employer has Fragomen and I heard there is lot of negative air about their procedures on PERM. Current employer legal firm is Baker McKenzie.

Have written to my Immigration Coordinator who will confirm with the company lawyer if this rule applies to 'pending' I-140 approvals or will 'filed' and 'approved' I-140 (prior to May-15-07) be safe.
Will let you know his response.
